CONCRETE REPAIR

With today's design styles often cracks and small holes are left in concrete. However, if the item is big enough to cause anyone to trip or fall, it should be fixed. Whether to fix smaller cracks or holes is up to you. What "look" do you want?

We use very hard polymer fortified patching materials that can adhere to the original floor even with a thin application. The material is harder than the concrete it is applied to. Cracks and holes are filled then, when dry, smoothed off, usually with diamond impregnated pads. Be aware though, because the materials and application methods are not the same, the patch will not perfectly match the existing concrete.

On another note, if you want expansion joints filled, we do not use these products. Because they must be allowed to move a semi-rigid polyurea is used. When dry it is shaved close to the floor.
